ABOUT THE MEETING

Travel Support:
This year, pending funding approval, we expect that a limited number of travel support awards for undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers and junior faculty members will be offered. The award will help offset costs of airfare/transportation and housing to attend MOM 2023. To apply, please upload the following additional documents when you register:

Letter of support from mentor/advisor (in case of students and postdoctoral researchers only)
CV
Statement on the importance of attendance

- U-M Ross Executive Learning and Conference Center (walking distance, parking is 2 blocks from hotel) - Follow this link for a reduced rate for 2023MOM participants. Space is limited and discount is offered first come, first served.

Parking near the East Hall:
- Saturday, 10/21/2023: attendees are suggested to use the Forest Avenue Parking Structure ($1.20/hour) or use hourly metered parking on the street ($2.20/hour);
- Sunday, 10/22/2023: U-M's Church Street Parking Structure, located across the street from East Hall, is free/open to park in; metered parking is also free on Sundays unless otherwise stated on the sign.

Internet Access During the Meeting:
The guest internet access from the University of Michigan "ITS Mguest" provides basic internet access for all university guests. It will show up as an option when a guest device searches for available Wi-Fi networks.
