HOME REGISTRATION PROGRAM SPEAKERS PARTICIPANTS TRAVEL SUPPORT ABOUT THE MEETING

Travel Support:

This year, pending funding approval, we expect that a limited number of travel support awards for undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers and junior faculty members will be offered. The award will help offset costs of airfare/transportation and housing to attend MOM 2023. To apply, please upload the following additional documents when you register:
  • Letter of support from mentor/advisor (in case of students and postdoctoral researchers only)
  • CV
  • Statement on the importance of attendance
Hotel Reservations and Travel Information:
  • Recommended local hotels:
  • Parking near the East Hall:
    • Saturday, 10/21/2023: attendees are suggested to use the Forest Avenue Parking Structure ($1.20/hour) or use hourly metered parking on the street ($2.20/hour);
    • Sunday, 10/22/2023: U-M's Church Street Parking Structure, located across the street from East Hall, is free/open to park in; metered parking is also free on Sundays unless otherwise stated on the sign.

The guest internet access from the University of Michigan "ITS Mguest" provides basic internet access for all university guests. It will show up as an option when a guest device searches for available Wi-Fi networks.
