Use tables or divs for positioning.

 Satisfying specification:   85%
 Satisfying style standards: 15%
   (good alignment, html tags all in one case only (upper or lower),
    good use of vertical white space) 

Deliverables:
  Give the grader a hardcopy of the html page (printed ahead of time)
  Demo the project to the grader.
